I just notified the city water department guy of  my intention to go to the tank at 1000 tomorrow, Friday, Feb 22.

It is possible that if my helpers and I learn enough on this trip that we may take the repeaters down for short periods between 1100 and 1300.  So please put up information that they “May be down for short periods.”  Sorry for the short notice.
