FIFTEEN DEGREES IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. ANY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS SHOULD
BE LESS THAN AN INCH. IN AREAS WHERE SNOW DOES FALL...MOTORISTS

PST THIS EVENING THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SEATTLE HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM
WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM PST THIS EVENING THROUGH
SUNDAY MORNING.

* HAZARD TYPE...SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 5 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY ABOVE THE 500 FOOT LEVEL.

* SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...BRINNON...SEABECK...AND SHELTON.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL INCREASE OVER THE AREA THIS EVENING AND
  BECOME LOCALLY HEAVY AT TIMES TONIGHT. PERIODS OF LOCALLY HEAVY
  SNOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING BEFORE THE
  PRECIPITATION CHANGES OVER TO RAIN IN THE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...DIFFICULT OR WINTER DRIVING DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE TO
